Pamela Kay German, 61 of Rochester passed away with her husband by her side on November 25, 2020 at her residence.
Pamela Kay Hanenberger was born on June 1, 1959 in Rochester to Walter and Marie (Watson) Hanenberger.
She graduated from Mayo High School and went to work for Mayo Clinic. In 1990, she married Richard “Rick” German in Rochester. She retired from Mayo after over 38 years. Over the years, she also worked as Office Manager for German Construction, which she owned with her husband. Pam loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her husband Rick of Rochester, her step-children Jason and Tyler (Danielle), Elizabeth “Liz”, her parents Walter and Marie, her brother Randy, her nieces Melissa and Marsha (Ryan) Hutton, her nephew Larry, and her grandchildren Alexia, Zoe, Dylan, Kira and Harrison.
She is preceded in death by her brother Mark.
The Funeral Service for Pam will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 11:00AM at Peace United Church of Christ in Rochester with Pastor Paul Bauch officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, at the church. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens of Rochester.
Memorials are preferred to Pam’s favorite charities: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program.
