Justin Forrest DeBoer, age 44, of Racine, MN, passed away peacefully at his home on January 16, 2025. Born on January 25, 1980, in Rochester, MN, to Kevin and Alice (Veldman) DeBoer, Justin was a 1998 graduate of Stewartville High School and furthered his education at Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI.
Justin worked alongside his father and brother at the family business, Insul Seal. He was passionate about baseball, softball, fishing, and staying active through working out. He took great pride in supporting his two sons, Brenner and Hudson, in all their activities. He was a devoted fan of the Denver Broncos and NY Yankees, Justin enjoyed many conversations over coffee with his mom, Alice, and cherished attending concerts with his dad, Kevin, and brother, Brady. He was a member of Rochester Community Church.
Known for his big heart, Justin was supportive, generous with his time, and loved by all who knew him. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Justin is survived by his sons, Brenner and Hudson DeBoer; parents, Kevin and Alice DeBoer; brother, Brady DeBoer; nephews, Kellen and Taren DeBoer; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other loved ones. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Henry and Jacobina Veldman, and paternal grandparents, Harko and Alice DeBoer.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025, in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home, with Rev. Josh Johnson officiating. Visitation will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the funeral home, and one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Stewartville, MN.
