Brenda Lee Robinson, 63, of Rochester, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 9, 2023 at her home in Rochester.
Brenda was born February 16, 1960 in Britt, IA to Richard and Donna (Godsil) Clapper. After graduating high school, Brenda worked for many years in Home Health Care. On June 21, 2001 in Stewartville, MN, she married Tommie Robinson. Brenda enjoyed fishing, camping, going to the casino and taking road trips. She loved California, especially San Diego. Brenda loved to cook, eat good food but above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was loving and always put others first. Brenda was a jokester, always kept you on your toes with her unpredictability, and had a boisterous but humble personality.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Tommie; children, Dean Cannedy, Brandon Cannedy and Tia Cannedy, Tasha Robinson, Kenneth Banks; siblings, Lisa Christenson, Kevin Clapper, Nikki Clapper-Dailey, Lisa Nelson; father, Richard Clapper and her grandchildren, Jordan Tingesdal, Treycen Cannedy, Tianna Cannedy, Jayden Cannedy, Terrance Cannedy, Brenlee Cannedy, Kai Cannedy, Graclyn Cannedy, and Magic Robinson. Brenda was also survived by her son-in-law, Tyler Treichel; daughters-in-law, Sara Dykowski and Sophie Pries; brothers-in-law, Shawn and Curry Robinson and Jim Dailey; nephews, Shawn Meyers, TJ Beckman, Shane Beckman, Eli Beckman, Chaz Beckman and Milo Christenson; nieces, Michaela Christenson, Alma Christenson and Ariana Dailey and special extended family, Travis Gustafson, Kodi Krohn and William Lopez. Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Donna; brother-in-law, Tom Christenson and by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 13, 2023 at the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home, 1105 12th St. SE, Rochester, MN.
